Frequently Asked Questions
You can start as soon as you're ready. First, complete the required pre-treatment tests. Once the doctor reviews your results and confirms suitability, we can confirm your treatment dates and booking.
Most patients stay for around 10 nights. We'll confirm the exact dates once your treatment plan is set.
A £1,000 non-refundable deposit is paid at booking to secure your appointment and reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks before travel.
If dates move before flights are booked, there is normally no flight-change cost. After booking, airline fees or fare differences may apply. If treatment timing changes while you're already in Cyprus, extra hotel, flight, transfer or medication costs may also apply.
If you're found clinically unsuitable before travelling, the remaining balance will not be charged and you would lose only the deposit. If this happens after you arrive in Cyprus, you'll be charged only for services already received and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Before travel, we coordinate your treatment plan with the fertility provider and keep you updated. Once you arrive in Cyprus, you'll meet the doctor and medical team in person before treatment proceeds.
