Your fertility provider is responsible for medical care

Medical assessment, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, procedures, consent, clinical risks and medical follow-up are the responsibility of the fertility provider treating you.

Avenora's role

Avenora organises the package and practical parts around treatment, which may include patient coordination, travel, accommodation and transfers. Avenora does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, determine treatment eligibility or make clinical decisions.

Clinical agreement

Your fertility provider may require you to sign its own clinical agreement covering treatment, consent, risks and responsibility for your care. The agreed fertility treatment fee may still be included in your Avenora package price.

No guarantee of outcome

Avenora does not guarantee pregnancy, live birth or any other medical outcome. Questions about expected outcomes, risks and alternatives should be discussed directly with the fertility provider.

Avenora does not provide emergency medical care. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact the fertility provider, an appropriate healthcare professional or local emergency services.
